How to make rice pilaf with chicken and vegetables?

  1. To make the rice pilaf, firstly soak rice in salty water. For this, put rice in a bowl. Add some hot water and 2 teaspoons of salt into it and mix. Wait until the rice turns white (approximately 30 minutes).
  2. Take soaked rice into the strainer and wash it in plenty of cold water.
  3. Meanwhile, put chickens in the pressure cooker and cook them. Then strain their water and shred.
  4. Boil peas in a separate pot and get them ready.
  5. Put oil in a pan and saute the small chopped carrots in it a little. When the carrots start to give their color, add rice and butter and fry the rice until it becomes sticky on medium heat.
  6. Next, add 1 teaspoon of salt, peas, and hot water into it.
  7. Finally place the shredded chicken on the pilaf and close the lid. Cook on the lowest heat.
  8. Check the pilaf with a fork. If it has absorbed its juice and started to sizzle, turn off the stove and lay a clean cloth or 2 layers of towel paper on it (do not touch them to the pilaf), close the lid, and let it rest for at least 15 minutes.

The rice pilaf with chicken and vegetables recipe is ready.

Enjoy your pilaf 🙂
