INGREDIENTS
  • 200 g mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoonful of butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 water glasses of water
  • 1 packet of cream (200 ml.)
  • few sprigs of dill
  • salt, black pepper
  1. Chop mushrooms finely.
  2. Melt butter in a pot, add chopped onions and sauté.
  3. Then, add chopped mushrooms and continue sautéing.
  4. Next, add flour and fry a little. After that, add cold water.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes after boiling, then add cream.
  6. If the consistency is thick, add hot water.
  7. Next, add salt and black pepper and turn off the stove.
  8. Finally, add finely chopped dill and serve.
