INGREDIENTS
  • 800 gr ground beef (low fat)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tea glass of rice
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper, red pepper powder, thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  • Some parsley

To cover with:

  • 1 tea glass of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tea glass of wheat flour
  • 3 eggs

To fry:

  • 2-3 water glasses of oil
DIRECTIONS
  1. First, put the grated onion in a non-stick pan and fry for a few minutes. Then, add half of the ground beef and fry. Next, leave the mixture to cool.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the rice. It will be enough to boil it for an average of 15 minutes.
  3. Take the roasted ground beef and raw ground beef in a bowl. Drain the boiled and cooled rice and add it to the beef mixture.
  4. Add eggs, salt, and spices. Knead them until mixed, and then rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. Take egg-sized pieces from the rested mixture and give oval shape.
  6. Dip meatballs in some flour, scrambled eggs, and breadcrumbs respectively, and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
