Add to Favorites
  • 1 kg chicken breast and boneless thigh mixture
  • 2 tablespoons of yogurt
  • Half a tea glass of oil
  • 1 onion (grated and only the juice will be used)
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato or pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt
  1. Put yoghurt, onion juice, tomato paste, oil and all the spices in a bowl and mix them well.
  2. Cut chickens into large pieces. Then, put them in the sauce and cover them with a sauce. Let them rest at least 3 hours (or even overnight) covered.
  3. Put the rested chickens on baking paper on the top of each other. Then, roll and shape them with the baking paper. Next, wrap them tightly with cling film so that they do not have air inside. After that, put doner in the freezer and wait at least 8 hours.
  4. Take doner out of the freezer and cut it into thin slices after waiting for a while.
  5. Then, add a teaspoon of butter to the pan and fry both sides of doners.

Bon appetite.
