How to make cold baklava?

  1. To make the cold baklava recipe, first of all, prepare the milk sherbet. Put the milk and sugar in a pot and cook by mixing until boils.
  2. Then, add the vanilla powder to the boiling sherbet, boil it for 10 more minutes and turn off the stove. Let the sherbet cool. It should be cold when pouring over the baklava.
  3. Melt the butter and get the foam on it. Next, add the oil and mix.
  4. Open the baklava sheet on the counter and cut it in the size of the tray you will use. Not throw away the remaining pieces. We will use them between the layers.
  5. Grease the tray and lay the first sheet on it. Place 20 baklava sheets on the tray, rubbing the oil-butter mixture between them. Spread the inner material (walnuts, hazelnuts, or peanuts) on the 20th layer.
  6. After that, place the remaining 20 baklava sheets on the tray, rubbing again the oil-butter mixture between them.
  7. Spread the remaining mixture on the dessert and cut it carefully with a sharp knife. Bake it in a preheated 170-degree oven until it is browned.

The cold baklava recipe is ready.
