  • 2 and half water glasses of flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 2 carrots (medium size)
  • 1 water glass of crushed walnuts
  • 1 and half teaspoons of cinnamon

 

How to make the carrot walnut cinnamon cake recipe?

  1. For the carrot walnut cinnamon cake recipe, first wash, peel and grate the carrots. Then squeeze out the juice.
  2. In a deep bowl, beat eggs and sugar with a mixer until foamy.
  3. Next, add milk and oil and mix.
  4. After that, add flour, baking powder, and vanilla by sifting. Adjust the amount of flour according to its consistency.
  5. Mix the ingredients once more with the mixer and then add carrots, crushed walnuts and cinnamon into the cake batter. Mix for the last time with a wooden spoon.
  6. Grease and flour the cake mold you will use. Then pour the cake dough into the mold.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 45 minutes.
  8. Do not open the oven door for the first half an hour so that your cake will rise better.
  9. Do the toothpick test for the cake. That is, insert the toothpick into the cake while cooking. If it is clean when you remove it, the cake is cooked. If the inside of the cake is not cooked, bake it some more.
  10. Let it cool down so that you remove the cake from the mold. If you try to remove it before it has cooled enough, your cake may crumble.
