A recipe that will suit your breakfast tables very well: The breakfast cake recipe. Ingredients for this delicious flavor are listed below:

Cup size 200 ml

Cake mold size: 28 cm x 10 cm

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 water glasses of milk
  • Half a water glass of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 water glass of wheat flour
  • 1 water glass of corn flour
  • 2 capsicum peppers (diced)
  • 100-150 g feta cheese (chopped)
  • 3-4 tablespoons of black olives (chopped)
  • 1 can of corn
  • Quarter-tie parsley (chopped)
  • Quarter-tie dill (chopped)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Sesame for the top

How to make breakfast cake?

  1. In order to make the breakfast cake recipe, firstly put eggs, milk, oil, and salt in a deep bowl. Then, beat them with a mixer.
  2. Next, add baking powder, wheat flour, and cornflour and mix again.
  3. After that, add the other ingredients (capsicum peppers, feta cheese, black olives, parsley, dill, baking powder, and corn) and stir (Important note: Drain the corns and dry them with a towel before adding into a mixture)
  4. Lay baking paper on a cake mold. Pour the mixture into a cake mold. Next, sprinkle sesame seeds on it.
  5. While preparing the cake, preheat the oven at 100degree. After putting the cake in the oven, increase the temperature to 170 degrees and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  6. Serve the cake by slicing it after cools down a bit.
