Baked Chicken with Creamy Spinach is  an excellent dish combining the unique flavors of chicken, mushrooms and spinach. The ingredients of the meal are listed below.

  • 3 chicken breasts

To marinate chickens:

  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 and a half dessert spoons of red pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 dessert spoon of salt

For the creamy spinach sauce:

  • half a kilo of spinach
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red capsicum pepper
  • 5-6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • half a teaspoon of nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder
  • salt
  • 1 pack of cream (200 ml) (or 1 tea glass of milk)
  • 1 full tablespoon of flour

For the top:

  • cheddar cheese/kashar cheese

  1. For the baked chicken with creamy spinach, first cut chicken breasts into fillets so that they are not very thin.
  2. Then, mix olive oil, red pepper powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Next, marinate chickens with this mixture and keep them in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours.
  3. Meanwhile, put some oil in a pan and heat. Fry both sides of chickens in oil and arrange them on a tray.
  4. For the creamy spinach sauce, put some oil in another pan and heat. Fry chopped onions with oil. Then, add finely chopped peppers and cook until peppers are soft. Next, add chopped mushrooms and cook again until mushrooms are soft. After that, add flour and fry a little. Then, add chopped spinach and cook a little more. Finally, add the cream and spices and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  5. Pour the creamy spinach sauce evenly over the fried chicken fillets arranged on the tray. Then, place grated cheddar/kashar cheese on them.
  6. Cook the meal 200-degree oven until golden brown.
  7. Baked chicken with creamy spinach is ready. You can serve it with rice pilaf.
