  • 300 g minced meat
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 dessert spoon of dried mint
  • 1 dessert spoon of thyme
  • 1 dessert spoon of red pepper flakes
  • 1 dessert spoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (adjust according to your taste)
  1. Take the minced meat into a bowl.
  2. Chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and onions into small pieces.
  4. Chop the peppers finely and grate the garlic.
  5. Then, add the onions, potatoes and all the vegetables you cut to the minced meat.
  6. Next, add tomato paste, oil and spices and knead a little to mix them all.
  7. Place the mixture on the baking tray. Arrange tomatoes and peppers over it (optional).
  8. Wet the baking paper with water and cover the tray.
  9. Cook the meal in the 180 degree oven.
  10. Take out the baking paper and cook the meal uncovered for 10-15 minutes more.
